MEET THE TEAM

Larn Anderson, Founder & Director

A fitness professional whose passion for community, movement, and well-being has created a welcoming space for all.

Larn has over 17 years experience in the fitness industry, she is a Mother of two boys and has an impressive background that includes a Bachelor of Exercise Science, a Diploma in Fitness, and certifications in Pre/Postnatal, Pilates, Boxing, Ninja skills, Kettlebells, and more. She has worked with elite athletes, including AFL players at the Geelong Football Club, and is passionate about creating a fun, supportive environment for everyone—from kids to seniors

Larn’s passion for fitness began at the age of 7 as a gymnast, training 24 hours a week. Her journey into coaching and fitness blossomed from there, fueled by her desire to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Larn competed in Season 1, 2, and 3 of Network Nine’s Australian Ninja Warrior, where she ranked number 5 nationally and even qualified for the USA World Ninja Titles. This experience fuelled her passion for ninja training, and she now incorporates this into her offerings at LA Movement.

Larn’s passion and community spirit is immediately felt when you meet her.

Miranda Bonwick

LA Movements Strength Coach.

Miranda inspires everyone with her incredible powerlifting skills and passion for Strength Training. She has the ability to push you out of you comfort zone and reach your full potential. As well as having a meticulous eye of technique.


Meaghan Lahiff

Meags has been in the fitness industry for a loooonnng time. She is a versatile coach, currently our Running coach, Pilates instructor, Yoga teacher and loves putting people through a sweaty session.



Elli Welch

Elli has also been in the fitness industry for a loooonnng time. She is a versatile coach and specialises in Running coaching, endurance training and loves an ultra marathon.

Elli is very motivating, she inspires many to set big goals and loves helping you achieve it.
