All sessions run for 45 minutes.

BYO towel, mat (pilates + yoga) and drink bottle. Members must book prior to arrival (via. the InFlux App) for health and safety reasons, a 12 hour cancellation policy applies. Non-members welcome, please get in touch to book in for a session.
