FUNCTIONAL POSTNATAL PROGRAM

 

Functional Postnatal Program is a specialised 8 week program. Helping you to bridge the gap between having a baby, and jumping straight back into high intensity exercise, or to safely begin your exercise journey and become and fittest and strongest self.

We will support and empower you after your baby, to exercise in the most beneficial way for you  - to improve your fitness, re-build core strength and tighten your pelvic floor. 

The best bit? You can bring bubs

WHEN CAN I START?

If you had an uncomplicated natural birth you can begin exercise 6 weeks post-birth

After a caesarean its recommended to wait until your 12 weeks post-birth.

HOW OFTEN?

The program is designed to attend 1 class per week, for 8 weeks.

You will also be given the tools to complete another weekly workout, at home.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Total investment $180. Places are limited.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY BABY, WHILE THE CLASS IS ON?

We invite you to bring your baby or child with you, while you work out.

WHY DO THIS PROGRAM?

➔ Greater accountability to make time for yourself and exercise at least once a week.

➔ Progress slowly and rebuild your strength and fitness.

➔ Support, motivation and assistance.

➔ We also have a nutritionist come and speak about the importance of postnatal nutrition.
