YOUNG GUNS

 

LA Movement is introducing a new athletic development program where we will complement your childโ€™s sport with a Strength and Conditioning program.

Our aim is to teach and correct movement patterns, ensure a supervised environment and progressively challenge the childโ€™s strength, being mindful that your child is still growing and should not lift more than their bodyweight.

Resistance training is a fundamental step for the success of a junior athlete, and we aim to include power and mobility training too.

There are 2 Young Guns sessions per week. Athletes can do 1 or 2 sessions. We want to emphasise that training with their team is priority, our sessions will make them a stronger and more powerful teammate.
